ABS molding process
1. It must be fully dried before molding. Drying conditions: temperature above 85 degrees Celsius, time 3 hours
2. Good liquidity
3. The temperature of the material tube should not exceed 250 degrees Celsius, and the molding temperature should be 200-240 degrees Celsius
4. The mold temperature is 40-80 degrees Celsius
5. The injection speed is medium and low speed. The injection pressure is selected according to the shape of the part, the wall thickness and the grade of the rubber material, generally 80-130Mpa
6. The internal stress test shall be based on the fact that no cracks appear when the product is submerged in kerosene for 2 minutes.
7. If molding heat-resistant or flame-retardant materials, plastic decomposition products will remain on the mold surface after 3-7 days of production, which will cause the mold surface to shine. The mold needs to be cleaned in time, and the mold surface needs to increase the exhaust position
